Steps to Get Started
1. Scan the QR Code: Use your smartphone to scan the QR code provided.
2. Complete the Registration Form: Enter the required details including your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
3. Add the Card to Your Digital Wallet
4. Start Earning Stamps: Every purchase of $20 or more earns you stamps. Redeem stamps for rewards every third stamp.
■ After registration, select “Install on the home screen.”
■ Allow notifications when prompted.
■ Tap the three dots in your browser, select “Install app,” and the app icon will appear on your home screen.
■ After registration, tap “Add” to add the card to your Apple Wallet.
■ The card will then be available in your digital wallet for easy access.
For Android:
- Scan the QR code.
- Fill in your details on the registration page.
- Choose “Install on the home screen” after registration.
- Enable notifications if prompted.
- Tap the three-dot menu in your browser and select “Install app” to add the icon to your home screen.
- Begin collecting stamps!
For Apple:
- Scan the QR code.
- Enter your details on the registration page.
- Tap “Add” to add the card to your Apple Wallet.
- The card will be available in your digital wallet for convenient access.

- Stamp Earning: Earn one stamp for every purchase of $25 or more.
- Stamp Redemption: Redeem stamps for rewards every fourth stamp.
- Expiration: Cards, stamps, and rewards have expiration dates.
- Non-Transferable: Cards, stamps, and rewards cannot be exchanged, returned, replaced, or redeemed for cash.
- Non-Combining: Cards cannot be transferred or combined with other cards.
- Service Rights: Root 9 Dispensary reserves the right to refuse service.
